I just wanted to let you know how great your program is. My dad told me about SmugMug and I immediately signed up for it.

I truly appreciate your patience and attitude with my Dad. He is 77 and loves his computer. He is always trying new things with it but does become frustrated sometimes as the technical aspects seem a little overwhelming.

Very few people and even fewer technical support sites are as helpful as you have been.

I will recommend SmugMug to everyone!
