Congratulations on a great product and service. I heard about SM from the Sony Forum on dpreview.com and I couldn't be happier. While there is no shortage of photo hosts, yours nailed all the subtleties for me. It is close to perfect.

I just wanted to let you know how great your program is. My dad told me about Smugmug and I immediately signed up for it.
I truly appreciate your patience and attitude with my Dad. He is 77 and loves his computer. He is always trying new things with it but does become frustrated sometimes as the technical aspects seem a little overwhelming.
Very few people and even less technical support sites are as helpful as you have been.
I will recommend Smugmug to everyone!

I've done Yahoo, MSN, Webshots and a dozen or more that have come and gone. I've also used all of the photoprinting places that matter. For some reason I never ran across you guys until just recently.
Just writing to say that I'm super impressed with smugmug. Navigation, choice of presentations, uploading, ease of adding captions, you name it. Really a cut above anything I've seen (and I've seen them all).
One thing in particular that really hits me is the quality of the reduced size pictures that you display. As you well know, often an original that's resized for screen display loses a fair amount of quality. Not at smugmug; your software has the right algorithm for sure. Thanks for providing such a quality service.
