Went to a soccer game to shoot action shots. A mom was there with photos that she ordered from Me(SmugMug). She was passing them around and showing all the parents.
The packaging looked very professional. The photos were A 100% beautiful quality. I don't always get to see the final result but this makes me feel very comfortable that the processing part of this business is dead on target with the QUALITY.
This is just a little feedback to let you all know that I for one am a very satisfied customer. The Web, Customer support, Payroll, Processing at Smugmug are all top Quality.

Hi, I'd just like to say that SmugMug is the best photo sharing site I've seen!! I have quite a few different accounts for photo sharing, and none of them compare to SmugMug! I really like the galleries; they are clean, simple, and organized.
Although I was skeptical at first, mainly because of the price, I felt like it wasn't going to be worth it. But once I signed up for the free trial and started uploading pictures, created my albums, and chose my own gallery look, I enjoyed it and wanted to keep it! So I think it's worth it to purchase a plan yearly.
I'm really glad I finally gave you guys a chance with my photos. Thanks a lot SmugMug!

If you ever need personal testimonials....sign me up...I am so glad I discovered your site....prompts me to take better, more interesting pictures....my little fan clubs get mad if I skip a weekend or event!

I truly appreciate your patience and attitude with my Dad. He is 77 and loves his computer. He is always trying new things with it but does become frustrated sometimes as the technical aspects seem a little overwhelming.
Very few people and even fewer technical support sites are as helpful as you have been.
I will recommend SmugMug to everyone!

Congratulations on a great product and service. I heard about SM from the Sony Forum on dpreview.com and I couldn't be happier. While there is no shortage of photo hosts, yours nailed all the subtleties for me. It is close to perfect.
I have been telling everyone I know about the service, and I am confident they will start to join once they all "leap into the 90's" and get more into digital photography!

There are those who really do take them seriously and you can link the participant's site to the testimonial..... further solidifying and legitimizing the testimonial. :-)
