I have three words for you on my prints...OH MY GOD! They are the most awesome prints I have ever had developed!

I just cannot believe I stayed with Sony Imagestation all of these years with their so-so prints, not to mention their so-so web site, without ever knowing about you. What I thought would be a disaster with their closing down, turned out to be the BEST thing that ever happened with my photography needs.

I swear, SmugMug is now like a new religion with me, my fellow teachers, and some of my friends! You guys/gals ROCK!

My teachers are all excited about it, because of the one click photo upload, pics I take in the morning of an event are posted by lunch!

Hi, I'd just like to say that SmugMug is the best photo sharing site I've seen!! I have quite a few different accounts for photo sharing, and none of them compare to SmugMug! I really like the galleries; they are clean, simple, and organized.

Although I was skeptical at first, mainly because of the price, I felt like it wasn't going to be worth it. But once I signed up for the free trial and started uploading pictures, created my albums, and chose my own gallery look, I enjoyed it and wanted to keep it! So I think it's worth it to purchase a plan yearly.

I'm really glad I finally gave you guys a chance with my photos. Thanks a lot SmugMug!

SmugMug is the greatest!

On April 17, 2007, I witnessed a river rescue in northern California as I was driving from San Francisco to Seattle. That night I was able to download the photos to SmugMug with my laptop at a nearby motel and e-mail the rescue workers with the SmugMug link.

The captions helped me explain the rescue. The e-mails I've since received include a man whose son is with the US Coast Guard, which was involved in the helicopter rescue. His son had forwarded him the link so that he could see the impressive work involved in the rescue. The SmugMug feature I like best is that people can download the photos at full resolution.

Went to a soccer game to shoot action shots. A mom was there with photos that she ordered from Me(SmugMug). She was passing them around and showing all the parents.

The packaging looked very professional. The photos were A++ 100% beautiful quality. I don't always get to see the final result but this makes me feel very comfortable that the processing part of this business is dead on target with the QUALITY.


This is just a little feedback to let you all know that I for one am a very satisfied customer. The Web, Customer support, Payroll, Processing at Smugmug are all top Quality.

This has got to be one of the best web based services of any type.

Last week I signed up (with some skepticism) for your free trial and I must confess that I am now addicted.

You have provided the forum and answer for my wife and myself! She shoots film, I shoot digital. We usually have her film shots processed to digital, but until now we have not had a common (or easy) way to consolidate our trip and family galleries.

Since our families are scattered across the globe, it is wonderful for us to be able to share images this way.

I would highly recommend you start a "testimonials" page on the site.....

There are those who really do take them seriously and you can link the participant's site to the testimonial..... further solidifying and legitimizing the testimonial. :-)
